The Solution

We created Julia—an AI elder influencer designed to talk about the problems no one wants to discuss. As a digital spokesperson for COPD awareness, Julia shares authentic narratives about living with chronic respiratory disease, encouraging patients to seek medical help for this often-ignored condition.

Why An Elder AI Influencer

Traditional influencer marketing targets youth. But COPD predominantly affects older adults—a demographic underrepresented in digital health campaigns. Julia speaks directly to this audience with age-appropriate messaging, dignity, and relatability that stock footage and actors cannot replicate at scale.

The Impact

The project developed Julia as an AI-generated character for a COPD awareness concept. The portfolio presents character development, generated imagery and a video treatment for health communication.
